New for 2025 – The latest release of SILstat™ is Now Available

Sellersville, PA, USA - exida is pleased to announce the latest enhancements to its exSILentia software suite, SILstat™.
This latest release of the SILstat module has been redesigned to help users with:
- The digital transformation of their safety systems lifecycle operation and maintenance data
- An intuitive data structure to improve the analysis and communication of complex information
- Improved data integration capabilities to ease implementation
In addition to all the new capabilities offered in this release, SILstat is now offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and available on an annual subscription basis.
SILstat is an event recorder designed to simplify the recording of safety critical events during the operation and maintenance of a manufacturing facility’s Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). SILstat can also be used to validate assumptions made during the design of SIS.
SILstat helps users streamline their safety system work processes by leveraging existing lifecycle data, contextualizing operation & maintenance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
This newest version of SILstat builds upon the core functionality of SILstat, tightly integrates with exSILentia’s Analysis and Design and Implementation phase modules, and incorporates a completely redesigned User Interface/User Experience web-based architecture. Users of exSILentia’s Analysis and Design and Implementation phase modules can transfer LOPA and SIS configuration data to form the foundation of the SILstat database. In addition, SILstat can be used to integrate with third party systems to exchange desired manufacturing facility data.
