Yokogawa Receives 61508 Functional Safety Certification for TDLS 8000

Congrats to Yokogawa. exida recently issued an IEC 61508 functional safety certification for their TDLS 8000 Tunable Diode Laser Spectrometer. The certificate and assessment report can be found on the exida SAEL here.
