Booking Terms & Conditions
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations less than four weeks prior to the course start date. No refunds can be given for cancellations less than two weeks prior to the course, although substitutions are allowed. Registrations fees include course materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and course certificate. Hotel, travel, and other related expenses are the participants responsibility. Please let us know in advance if you have any special access or dietary needs. exida reserves the right to cancel courses, change course dates, course locations, prices, and course content at its sole discretion without notice.
