You must book your accommodation yourself with your own method of payment. Please ensure you book a flexible rate including breakfast (as there is nothing nearby).
Please note - exida may get a room allocation at a preferential rate, but this will only be released 30 nights prior to the start of the event and once you have registered your interest we will keep you informed.
Parking for delegates is free. Car park tickets will be available from the course trainer or take your ticket to Reception for them to waiver the fee.

Birmingham International Airport (BHX)
This is the closest international airport to the venue. The Airport train station, (also Birmingham International) is located 500 meters from the Airport Passenger Terminals.
Trains from Birmingham Airport
The train station is linked to the Passenger Terminals by a free Air-Rail Link that takes two minutes to get to the station and operates between 03:30 and 00:30 hours daily.

Taxi from Birmingham Airport
A Taxi direct from BHX to the venue will take approximately 35 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The driver should be able to give you a price before commencing your journey.
London Airports
Anyone arriving at London airports should look to travel to London Marylebone train station and then follow the train advice below.
Arrival by Train
Please see the UK National Rail website at http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ for detailed train schedules and ticket prices. The train station nearest the venue is either Leamington Spa or Warwick. There should be many options for trains from all major UK cities to these stations.
Taxi
A Taxi will be required to reach the venue from either rail station and will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to reach the Delta Hotels Warwick.
Arrival by Car
We would recommend you use a route planning website (Google Maps or AA Route Planner for example) or a Satellite navigation device using the hotel address above.
The training courses commence at 09:00 hours each day. Courses usually finish between 17:00 and 18.00 hours daily, depending on class progress.
For the FSE 100 Course we aim to finish between 15:00 and 16:00 hours on the final day to allow time for traveling home.
Your course fee includes a daily 2-course buffet lunch in the restaurant and regular refreshments (tea, coffee, water etc). If you have any special dietary requirements then please indicate this when booking on the course.
Your course fee includes a training manual and, for the FSE 100 only, the exida Safety Book Package. All course materials are supplied on arrival unless otherwise pre-agreed to send in advance noting additional postage costs will be charged. A certificate of course attendance will be issued to you on completion of the course.
The organisers cannot be held responsible for accidents involving delegates, or for damage to, or loss of their personal property howsoever caused. Delegates should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.
